Baguio-Benguet has recently become the launchpad for Thyromobile, an innovative health project designed to extend the reach of essential health services and capacity-building programs.
This remarkable initiative is the result of collaborative efforts from the Iodine Global Network, Philippine Thyroid Association, Thyroid Federation International, Rotary Club of University District Manila, Merck Inc., and Salinas Food. Moreover, the project received cooperation and support from the Philippine Medical Association and BGHMC.
Among the programs Thyromobile will offer are services targeted at women of reproductive age, strengthening the project’s commitment to broad health support. This new chapter in Baguio-Benguet’s healthcare landscape brings hope for more accessible health services for its residents.
